Who may use the library
Library services are available to the staff and students of the university: teaching staff, students and cadets of the Military Medical Institute, employees of the university's units, trainees of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Healthcare Personnel (IATR), clinical residents, master's students, postgraduate and doctoral students.
Documents from the library collection are available through reading rooms, loan desks, departmental libraries and remote access via the library website.
Services
The provision of library services is free of charge. Photo, film and video recording of the library premises and collections is allowed only with the approval of the university administration.
Working hours
- General loan desk — 8:30 to 18:30
- Reading room of study literature — 8:30 to 19:00
- Reading room of scientific literature and periodicals — 8:30 to 17:00
- IATR loan desk and reading room (P. Brovki St. 3, bldg. 3) — 8:30 to 19:00
Days off: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The schedule may change during academic vacations or for technical reasons.
Registration
Registration is based on the rector's order (enrolment or employment) upon presentation of an electronic pass or student ID. Each user is required to read these rules.
